Job summary

Sapience AI Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a product area end to end. You will lead engineers, designers, and AI specialists to translate strategy into a reliable product that drives adoption and value for members.

You will set the roadmap, make hard prioritization calls, and partner with applied AI and research to ensure trustworthy AI behavior. This role emphasizes outcomes, trust, and cross-functional excellence.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management, owning an area end to end.
• Experience shipping AI or ML products with sound judgment about strengths and limits.
• Strong discovery and validation instincts with real members and buyers.
• Technical fluency to partner credibly with engineering and applied AI.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for your area, grounded in member needs and company goals.
• Lead a cross-functional team through discovery, definition, and delivery.
• Define and measure outcomes, and ensure time-to-value for members.
• Design for trust: provenance, guardrails, and honest handling of uncertainty.
• Align with engineering, design, and GTM for successful launches.
