Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community and define shared standards across the firm. You will enable PMs to thrive regardless of their location, driving product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and lifecycle management from ideation to delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, design, and architecture teams, and requires a solid grasp of AI-driven products and modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across the product lifecycle.
• Foundational knowledge of AI-enabled products and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
