Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm and define shared standards. You will coordinate best practices and enable PMs to thrive regardless of location, partnering with design, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver AI-enabled products.

You will own PRDs, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and adoption, while promoting best practices and measurement of outcomes in a dynamic, globally connected

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with lifecycle ownership.
• Experience with AI-enabled or technology-driven products.
• Familiarity with SDLC and modern tech stacks.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain PM playbooks and standards.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals across the firm.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Develop onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Define PRDs, business cases, and feature specs to guide delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing needs and constraints.
• Define success metrics and KPIs using feedback and data.
