Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.
• Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high‑quality user stories.
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) capabilities and constraints, including context windows, latency, hallucination rates, and when to apply RAG vs. fine‑tuning.
• Proven experience conducting ‘Voice of Customer’ interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments such as Legal, Finance, or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and maintain a prioritized 12‑month product roadmap that balances quick wins with long‑term strategic bets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and business leaders, translating AI concepts into business risk and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and change management plans for AI tools adoption.
• Rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes using AI‑native tools to validate process fit and user experience.
• Utilize prompt engineering to test AI solutions and ensure only viable concepts proceed.
• Define and own the PRD with strict standards for production, including Error Budgets and Golden Sets.
• Create, curate, and version‑control the Golden Set for AI model evaluation.
