Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior Enterprise AI leader to translate strategic business problems into high-impact AI engagements. You will shape what engineers build, prioritize opportunities, and align executive sponsors to fund and scale AI solutions across R&D, Medical, Commercial, and Supply Chain.

You will influence field force analytics, omnichannel orchestration, and enablement programs while partnering with senior leaders to drive measurable value and adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience across pharma, AI product strategy, and product management or strategy roles in tech.
• Experience taking at least one technology or AI initiative from problem framing through funding and delivery.
• Experience with pharma field force operations, including rep coaching, enablement, omnichannel orchestration, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across the field force lifecycle and develop a global portfolio of AI products ranked by impact and feasibility.
• Quantify value by building business cases showing savings, revenue uplift, and productivity gains.
• Develop domain pattern recognition in field operations workflows to identify AI-shaped problems.
• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio, maintaining a live view of in-flight and de-prioritized opportunities with rationale.
