Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated product management community across the firm and define shared standards. You’ll coordinate best practices and help PMs thrive regardless of location.

You will partner with PMO, design, engineering and architecture leaders to deliver high-quality, customer-centric products. You’ll define PRDs, roadmaps, and backlog management while guiding product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across the full lifecycle.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
