Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, shaping standards, roadmaps, PRDs, and backlog. You’ll partner with PMO/Scrum to align planning, drive customer discovery, and surface insights to guide strategy and lifecycle management from ideation to delivery.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled products, collaboration with design, engineering and architecture enablement, and ongoing improvement of PM practices in a globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Understanding of SDLC, system design and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PM playbooks, standards and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams with consistent delivery practices.
• Surface insights with PMs and elevate success stories.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and architecture enablement leads.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Define PRDs, business cases and feature specifications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define success metrics and KPIs.
• Lead product discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
• Support roadmaps, lifecycle management from ideation to delivery.
