Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launches.
• Strong experience in AI or technology-driven products.
• Understand software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled product experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Passion for innovation and market trends in AI and tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core PM disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning and capability development.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Support Product Managers in defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing needs and constraints.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning, go-to-market readiness, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful launches.
