Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm. You will define standards, coordinate best practices, and support PMs to thrive globally.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled product initiatives, collaboration with design, engineering, and architecture teams, and responsible governance of PRDs and roadmaps. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder presentation experience.
• Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for core product management disciplines.
• Partner with PMO/Scrum to support ongoing planning, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
