In this role, you will surface insights, drive product strategy, and support lifecycle management from ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement. A focus on AI-enabled products and modern tech stacks will be essential, with collaborative cross-functional engagement across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across the product lifecycle.
• Experience with AI-enabled or technology-driven products.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and awareness of AI market trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance documents.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and elevate success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
