• 5+ years of product management experience with a successful track record.
• Experience in AI or technology-driven products.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and APIs, cloud data pipelines.
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Passion for innovation and understanding of AI/tech market trends.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product management playbooks and standards.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams with consistent delivery practices.
• Surface insights and elevate success stories with PMs.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering and architecture enablement.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop and promote best practices, standards, and templates for PM disciplines.
• Support planning, capability development, and improvements across PM community.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Help define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using feedback/data.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver.
• Support release planning, GTM readiness, and stakeholder comms.
