Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm, defining shared standards and coordinating best practices to help PMs thrive wherever they sit.

You will partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders to shape product strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and lifecycle management for AI-enabled products across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across the full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled products and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and market trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product management playbooks, standards, and guidance.
• Facilitate communities of practice, sharing sessions, and engagement rituals.
• Coordinate with federated teams to apply consistent delivery practices.
• Surface insights and elevate success stories with PMs across service lines.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture leaders.
• Create and manage onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specifications for delivery.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog balancing customer needs and timelines.
• Define KPIs and leverage data to improve product outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning and go-to-market readiness.
