You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the AI team, gathering and documenting requirements and ensuring successful delivery using Agile methodologies. Your role includes creating user stories, defining scope and deliverables, and prioritizing the product backlog while coordinating cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical

Qualifications

Two years experience as analyst or project coordinator focusing on AI projects and Agile delivery.
Experience in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban and Agile tools like Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management bridging business and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating complex requirements into user stories.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Willing to work across this delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; establish and prioritize product backlog.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development team; provide regular project updates.
Apply Agile methodologies to drive delivery; facilitate sprint planning, grooming, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and manage risks and dependencies affecting timelines.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data and analytics solutions meet requirements.
Define KPIs and success criteria; monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
Continuously improve Agile processes using lessons learned.
