Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a talented AI Product PM with strong Agile delivery experience. You will bridge business needs and AI teams, documenting requirements and maintaining a clear product backlog.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, drive sprint ceremonies, manage risks, and coordinate UAT. A data-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of analyst or project coordinator experience focusing on AI projects and Agile delivery.
• Experience in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to bridge business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into user stories.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work across Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with a prioritized backlog.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies; address timeline impacts.
• Coordinate UAT to validate data and analytics solutions meet requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and report progress and outcomes.
• Continuously improve Agile processes using lessons learned.
