Job summary

Félix seeks an AI Product Lead to steer the product AI Agents team within our payment ecosystem. You will define and build Felix's agentic platform and the autonomous agents that plan, execute, and coordinate complex financial workflows.

Your mission is to create agents that act reliably, safely, and deliver a magical user experience. You will join the AI Product Management team, shaping Felix’s AI strategy and translating AI opportunities into a compelling roadmap, working with Engineering,

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on AI or agentic platforms.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
Proven ability to work with engineering on complex autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for our agentic platform and AI agents.
Ship autonomous agents that take high-quality action within financial workflows.
Direct product strategy for LLM fine-tuning and domain-specific optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to ship impact.
