Job summary

Rogo seeks a high-agency product manager to own Felix, the agent at the core of our platform. You will define what the agent knows and does, collaborating across engineering, design, and finance customers to shape its capabilities.

You will drive the product vision for AI agents in finance, partnering with leaders across functions to deliver fast, reliable outcomes in a rapidly evolving field.

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience, especially in high-growth startups or product companies.
• Deep intuition for LLMs and agents, with hands-on AI tooling experience.
• A genuine obsession with the AI landscape and continuous learning.
• A technical foundation with ability to prototype and collaborate with engineering.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in finance and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Felix, decide what to build, prioritize, and ship.
• Stay ahead of model and agent paradigm shifts to keep Rogo cutting edge.
• Design agent systems and workflows tailored to finance's needs for accuracy and trust.
• Set quality benchmarks for agent performance and drive measurable improvements.
• Prototype and ship features in design or code, partnering with engineering and design.
• Engage with senior users and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
• Be the in-house authority on agents and experiment with new AI tools.
