Job summary

People in AI is seeking a senior AI product leader to drive an AI-first transformation across customer journeys and core operations in a fintech environment. You will own end-to-end AI product initiatives from discovery through production deployment, partnering with data scientists and engineers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent experience designing and shipping production AI-enabled products.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems from discovery through solution design and iteration.
• Experience owning customer-facing products or critical operational workflows.
• Strong written product skills including requirements, design briefs, and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI product initiatives from discovery to production deployment and iteration.
• Conduct discovery with operational leaders to map workflows, decisions, and pain points.
• Reimagine processes from an AI-first perspective to improve customer and employee experience.
• Translate complex requirements into clear product designs, maps, specs, and buildable plans.
• Define how AI agents, models, rules, automation, and human oversight should work together.
• Lead cross-functional pods of product, data science, engineering, and operations.
• Collaborate with data scientists to set evaluation frameworks and production-readiness criteria.
• Work with AI engineering partners through architecture reviews and testing.
