Simulations Plus, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Enablement Specialist, AI to support enablement of AI-powered platform capabilities across the company. You will participate in evaluation pipelines, observability tooling, and runbooks, while collaborating with senior team members.

The role emphasizes learning, documentation, and first-line support within a remote, flexible environment, with opportunities for mentorship and growth in AI product enablement.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional related experience
• Academic, internship, or project experience in software development or technical support
• Basic understanding of software applications and how they are built
• Strong learning aptitude
• Professional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Enablement Practice Support: Apply established implementation patterns and configuration templates for AI capabilities
• AI Capability Implementation Assistance: Assist senior specialists with implementing AI agents and AI-assisted features in product workflows
• AI Testing and Evaluation Support: Author evaluation tasks and run evaluation pipelines for AI outputs
• Observability and Operational Support: Help operate observability tooling and investigate traces of AI agent activity
