Simulmedia is seeking an entry-level AI Product Specialist to help the company adopt AI across teams, not just in Product and Engineering. You’ll teach, translate, and drive change with non-technical colleagues, while staying curious about how AI tools work and get built.

This role emphasizes adoption, training, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning rollouts, trainings, documentation, and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 0-2 years of professional experience is expected.
• Has built something real with AI tools, ideally a web app or prototype.
• Comfort working with data and numbers and drawing conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Adoption and enablement: lead rollout of new AI tools and workflows across the company.
• Design and deliver trainings for all functions (engineers to finance).
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for AI adoption.
• Monitor adoption and report on landing vs. stall, and reasons.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and best practices to scale adoption.
• Present findings and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.
