Job summary

Everlaw is seeking a Design Program Manager to establish the operating system for a growing product design team, bringing structure and predictability to AI-powered litigation tools. You will absorb friction so designers can focus on craft, and you will own the design delivery model, readiness criteria, and cross-functional interfaces to prevent escalations.

You will champion lightweight design operations, track capacity, and build reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong design operations experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for leadership-facing updates.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira and emerging AI design tools.
• At least 5 years of experience in Design Program Management or Design Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the design operating model for planning and delivery, making dependencies and timeline risk visible.
• Define design readiness criteria and coordinate pre-launch quality reviews for craft, accessibility, and edge cases.
• Align Design with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, and Technical Writing with clear scoping rules.
• Build lightweight design operations rhythms, frameworks, and templates to streamline team workflows.
• Manage design resourcing and bandwidth tracking to inform staffing decisions and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain a reporting layer showing capacity, throughput, and readiness for leadership planning.
