Pinnacle is seeking an experienced AI-enabled business process leader for an onsite role in Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA. The position translates strategy into AI solutions, identifies high-value use cases, and drives measurable efficiency and client value.

You will partner with executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee initiatives from concept to launch, and drive adoption through change management and training to embed AI into daily work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, project/program management, business analysis, operations management, technology implementation, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project/program management principles.
• Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
