Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience applying generative AI or automation to business problems.
• Proficiency with enterprise automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate).
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate complex workflows into clear requirements.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, pain points, and requirements across REC and KCIS.
• Map current processes, including activities, decisions, handoffs, and documents.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.
• Translate opportunities into deliverable AI/automation solutions with clear inputs and outputs.
• Develop AI instructions and reusable prototypes for focused use cases.
• Test scenarios and assess AI outputs for accuracy and uncertainty.
• Support implementation, user guidance, and change management.
