Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks a Business Process Re-Engineering Lead to advance automation-driven process redesign within banks’ AI governance framework.

You will partner with business leaders and technology to define future-state models, validate data readiness, and deploy AI-enabled workflows including Microsoft 365 Copilot agents. You will lead adoption, measure KPIs for AI adoption, and ensure governance compliance while coaching teams on safe use of automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Discipline, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Hands-on experience documenting current-state processes and designing future-state workflows.
• Experience using generative AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or comparable automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation or AI use cases based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Redesign workflows so automation improves the process, not just automate inefficiencies.
• Lead adoption and change management from pilot to production, including readiness and training.
• Build the business case and recommend advancing or deferring opportunities.
• Design, test, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot agents with approved tooling.
