Job summary

United Community Bank is seeking an AI Development and Enablement Analyst to design, build, test, publish, and maintain AI agents and automation. The role ensures governance, risk controls, and effective knowledge sharing across Technology, Compliance, Legal, and business units.

You will validate agents, maintain use-case inventories, and provide lifecycle support, training, and documentation while staying current on AI platforms and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, MIS or related field.
• 2+ years in technology, business analysis, data analysis, automation, or related role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience documenting requirements, test cases, inventories, dashboards, and control evidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, publish, and support AI agents using Bank-approved platforms.
• Collaborate with business units to define scope, users, outputs, and guardrails.
• Develop and maintain agent instructions, prompts, and knowledge sources.
• Perform structured testing: expected outputs, grounding, boundaries, and misuse checks.
• Review AI agents from other teams/third parties for alignment with standards and controls.
• Maintain enterprise inventory of use cases, tools, agents, owners, and status.
• Create and maintain documentation for each published agent and its lifecycle.
