Dealops is seeking a Forward Deployment Strategist to connect user needs with data insights and product capabilities in San Francisco. You will be instrumental in streamlining customer onboarding and implementation processes, working closely with leaders in pricing and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a client-facing role at a consulting firm or startup.
• Proven ability to deliver client or product workstreams end-to-end.
• Exceptional business intuition to connect product capabilities with outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and run pilot programs and training for customers.
• Partner with leaders at AI and fintech companies to expand Dealops’ presence.
• Identify repeatable patterns from deployments to improve customer onboarding.
