Job summary

LTS seeks an accomplished AI growth leader to establish, commercialize, and scale its AI services practice. The Director will own growth strategy, pipeline, and strategic partnerships, coordinating with executive leadership to shape offerings and pursue opportunities.

This hands-on role requires deep AI/ML fluency, proven deal execution, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable AI solutions across federal, public sector, healthcare, and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years in AI/tech consulting or growth leadership.
• Proven track record building AI services practice.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy, pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market expansion for the AI practice.
• Develop repeatable AI service offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market assets.
• Build and deepen partnerships with AI product firms, cloud platforms, and SI partners.
• Lead capture, pursuit strategy, and proposal development from qualification to award.
• Provide market leadership by translating AI capabilities into customer-focused solutions.
