WIN Home Inspection is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. You will bridge AI, operations, data, and customer experience to build scalable, high-impact internal and customer-facing platforms.

This is not a pure Scrum role; you’ll shape a proactive product mindset and drive value across AI workflows and inspection operations. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and leadership to define roadmaps, translate ambiguity into system design, and deliver

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a product-driven company.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and their practical applications in products.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of SaaS product models and workflow automation ecosystems.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and bias for action.
