Job summary

Great Question is seeking a Product Manager to own a strategic area with a small team of engineers. You’ll define bets, shape roadmaps, and deliver outcomes that move the business, collaborating with two other PMs and a product designer and reporting to the Head of Product.

You’ll work remotely across North America with overlapping Pacific hours, balancing strategy and execution as you ship AI-enabled workflows and drive customer value in a fast-moving, AI-powered product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager in B2B software.
• Comfortable with product analytics or a database query as you are on a customer call.
• You stay in the details and have shipped complex work on time without lowering the bar.
• You use AI tools daily and have shipped AI features that held up in production.

Responsibilities

• Find the bet: analyze data and signals to hypothesize what moves outcomes.
• Shape it: scope the problem and decide what happens now, later or never.
• Ship it well: keep the team organized and ship on time with high quality.
• Release it: coordinate with Sales, Success and Marketing for launch.
• Learn from it: observe results and decide on next steps.
