Indagare seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the Indagare AI, a proprietary engine powering AI-enabled experiences for internal tools and member planning. You own vision, roadmap, and performance, working across engineering, data, content, and trip designer teams.

This is a fully remote, U.S.-based role reporting to a VP of Product, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI, privacy, and trusted recommendations.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years building AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and AI evaluation.
• Experience with data pipelines and structured/unstructured datasets.
• Data analysis skills (SQL, Google Analytics) and data-driven decision making.
• Strong software development understanding; able to translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with responsible AI practices including privacy and bias mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for Indagare AI.
• Translate member/designer needs into AI use cases and features.
• Partner on model selection, fine-tuning, retrieval, and agentic workflows.
• Own data strategy with content, CRM, and analytics teams for training data.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for model quality: accuracy, relevance, tone, personalization.
• Oversee AI product lifecycle from prototyping to launch and monitoring.
• Ensure the model aligns with Indagare voice and editorial standards.
• Define guardrails for privacy, security, explainability, and trust.
• Gather user feedback to improve outputs and UX.
• Report status, milestones, and metrics to stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs for model performance and business impact.
