Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior AI Tech Consultant within the Tech Advisory & Delivery Chapter. You will own end-to-end modules on client engagements, applying AI and digital strategy to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft strategic recommendations, and help clients migrate to AI-enabled solutions. You will work on topics such as data platforms, cloud architectures, and AI governance, with travel as needed to client sites and BCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2+ years of practical IT/AI consulting, product management, software development, or similar experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• GenAI tool fluency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Willingness to travel up to ~80% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end responsibility for an individual module within a client engagement.
• Develop specialized knowledge and solve client problems across digital & technology questions.
• Work with clients to understand issues, create strategies, and win buy-in for recommendations.
• Collaborate with BCG teams to transform client potential into performance.
• Contribute to design and delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise solutions.
