Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking experienced Product Engineers to join our Supply Chain product teams. You will own requirements end-to-end, translate customer needs into priorities, and collaborate with Engineering to deploy solutions that impact forecasting, replenishment, and optimization.

You will shape roadmaps with industry expertise and leverage AI/ML capabilities to solve real problems. You will work in a fast-growing global software company, with opportunities to mentor others, influence

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across an entire product area.
• Experience mentoring other Product Engineers.
• Experience designing solutions spanning data, AI/ML, UX, and system integration.
• Solid software engineering and DevOps skills, building and deploying solutions using RELEX's existing frameworks.
• Comfortable using AI in daily work and developing AI tooling strategy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and QA, ensuring shipped solutions address the real underlying problem.
• Own deployed product and iterate fast: manage releases, gather structured customer feedback, feed it back into the next iteration.
• Translate customer needs and usage data into team priorities, keeping the roadmap grounded in outcomes.
• Act as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings, push back when needed, support sales efforts.
• Validate that solutions meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates.
