RELEX Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer for its Manufacturing engineering team in the US, embedded in the company’s largest and fastest-growing market. You will be the R&D face to US manufacturers, combining engineering ability with direct customer presence and owning high-impact deployments from presales through production for specific areas.

You’ll bring strong Python and SQL, data modelling instincts, and expertise in heuristics, optimization, and forecasting models.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL, and the data modelling instincts to work in complex data
• A solid grasp of heuristics and constrained optimization for better planning
• Forecasting models in production; diagnose and explain forecast issues to customers
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to drive their adoption across delivery teams
• Excellent business acumen; translate technical work into measurable financial impact
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and owning outcomes
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or complex industrial operations background
• Direct experience with US enterprise or mid-market customers in a technical role

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers from C-suite to shop floor and manage relationships at all levels
• Lead requirements end to end: capture, workshop, challenge and agree on needs
• Build and ship the solution: RELEX configuration, plugins, Python, integrations in live environments
• Own outcomes: KPI delivery, performance, and SLAs, with measurable success
