Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer to reinvent forecasting models and support a growing library of plugin-based solutions for 400–500+ customers. You will own end-to-end forecasting work, collaborate across customer environments, and push AI tools to extend capabilities.

This role emphasizes autonomy within a distributed team and a fast-growing product roadmap. Ideal candidates bring solid forecasting/ML experience, comfort with ambiguity, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Applied or theoretical understanding of modern forecasting and modelling methods.
• Proven track record of independently owning ML or modelling work end to end.
• Genuine enthusiasm for agentic, AI-assisted engineering and comfort being evaluated on reasoning with AI tools.
• Ability to work with real ambiguity and no fixed process.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel for customer work.
• Experience with international teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve plugin-based forecasting models end to end: feature engineering, testing, and iterating on performance in live customer environments.
• Own forecasting problems from business need to working model for a customer with clear ownership.
• Collaborate across multiple customer environments to generalize solutions and tailor to clients.
• Leverage AI and agentic tools as core components of the engineering workflow.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a distributed team without a fixed playbook.
