Job summary

Yoobic in New York is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Product team. This hands-on, customer-facing role focuses on helping strategic customers design, validate, and launch high-impact use cases on top of the Yoobic platform.

You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success, Implementation, and Pre-Sales, bridging customer needs with technical execution by configuring Yoobic, connecting systems, prototyping automations, and applying AI where it

Qualifications

5+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or similar.
Strong fluency with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON and databases.
Experience building or configuring prototypes, integrations, and dashboards.
Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and enterprise use cases.
Ability to work directly with customers and translate needs into practical solutions.
Product mindset: define success, priorities, and reusable patterns.
Right to work in the US and English fluency; French a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand customer workflows, data landscape, systems, and business goals.
Design end-to-end use cases leveraging the YOOBIC platform.
Develop automation flows, API-based workflows, scripts, and lightweight prototypes.
Prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs and prompts.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, ML, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales.
Create reusable technical assets and implementation guides.
