Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager to drive digital manufacturing transformations for global clients. You will lead the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes.

The role bridges strategy, technology, and execution, turning future manufacturing visions into scalable, compliant solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
• Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
• Proven experience with problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
• AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
• Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
• Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
• Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
• Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
• Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
