Job summary
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to own client engagement, lead cross-functional AI-enabled supply chain transformations and drive revenue growth. You will define AI use cases, design operating models, and guide executive stakeholders through impactful, governance-driven programs.
You will mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership, and build partnerships to scale AI offerings across planning, logistics and fulfillment.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in end-to-end supply chain transformation, 7+ years in consulting.
- Proven business development: pipeline, deals, revenue delivery.
- Deep IBP, demand/supply planning, logistics, inventory optimization.
- Experience delivering Agentic AI solutions across end-to-end SCM.
- Executive communication and storytelling for board-level decisions.
- Willingness to travel based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional supply chain transformation engagements embedding AI/GenAI.
- Define and prioritize AI use cases with quantified value tied to priorities.
- Drive revenue around AI-enabled supply chain offerings and partnerships.
- Design target operating models with governance and adoption metrics.
- Advise VP/C-suite stakeholders; run executive workshops and investment support.
- Lead and mentor a team; oversee staffing and delivery quality.
- Contribute to practice assets, methodologies and thought leadership.
