Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager for Intelligent Industry to lead AI-enabled digital manufacturing transformations across global clients.

You will drive design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes in a role that bridges strategy, technology, and execution. You will lead end-to-end client projects from design through execution, mentor teams, and manage senior stakeholders while delivering ROI-driven

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
• Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
• AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
• Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
• Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Define IT/OT integration using ISA-95/88.
• Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
• Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
• Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
