Qualifications

• 8-15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
• Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
• Proven problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
• Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
• Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Define IT/OT integration using ISA-95/88 standards.
• Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
• Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions from design through execution.
