Stripe is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Development in Chicago. You will lead a growing SDR organization with AI-enabled sales processes, partnering with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to accelerate pipeline.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience leading high-performance Sales Development, Inside Sales, or lead qualification teams, including second line leadership, with a proven record of consistently exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling organizations in high-growth, ambiguous environments, ideally within technology or SaaS.
• A passion for building AI-enabled processes and cultures, with curiosity to pilot new technologies that enhance SDR productivity and pipeline generation.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers and SDRs into future leaders, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
• Exceptional cross-functional influence, with a track record of driving alignment and results across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Expertise in operational excellence, including Salesforce discipline, data integrity, accurate forecasting, and performance metrics.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track impact.

Responsabilidades

• This role requires a blend of long-range strategic vision and high-leverage execution
• You will craft and execute an AI-powered strategic vision for Startup, SMB, Commercial segments, including inbound and outbound workflows
• Influence and implement AI-powered, human-in-the-loop workflows that evolve over time
• Manage a growing team including 5 Managers and 50+ SDRs, reporting to the Head of AMER
• Be accountable for Sales Development qualified pipeline and business outcomes, owning the volume and quality of work
• Drive a high sense of accountability, setting a cadence that delivers high impact results using data and operational rigor
• Develop and mentor managers who build healthy, high-performing teams and ensure succession plans
• Act as trusted partner to regional segment leadership with market insights shaping growth strategies
• Deliver accurate forecasting, identify trends, risks, opportunities and drive cross-functional changes
• Champion operational excellence, Salesforce hygiene, data integrity, and innovative metrics
• Build and deepen cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing
• Hire, coach, and develop managers and SDRs into future leaders, fostering growth and performance
• Inspire career growth by identifying development opportunities for future leaders
• Lead with innovation and discipline, piloting new processes, tools, and playbooks
