Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager on the AI GTM team to lead strategic AI customer engagements and coach a team of Account Executives. You will develop consultative sales strategies, build deep AI industry knowledge, and partner with Product, Marketing, and User Operations to drive Stripe’s AI initiatives.

You will lead a high-performance team, establish strategic plans, and guide execution to KPIs while expanding revenue with AI-native customers across payments and related services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years in hyper-growth SaaS/tech environments across AMER.
• Proven ability to drive revenue with existing and new customers.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-stakeholder solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI industry dynamics and monetization strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present credibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term vision for the AI GTM team and scale day-to-day operations.
• Lead and manage Account Executives to expand AI accounts and drive revenue growth across products.
• Coach team members in consultative, solution-based selling throughout the sales cycle.
• Influence product roadmap with cross-functional partners to accelerate growth.
