Job summary

Canon USA’s Sales Training team seeks an Instructional Designer Specialist to craft performance-based learning for new product launches and strategic initiatives. You will design microlearning, web-based training, and both virtual and in-person instructor-led programs for our sales force.

With 3–5 years in instructional design, you will collaborate with SMEs, leverage Articulate 360 and AI tools to personalize content, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of microlearning, web-based training, and instructor-led programs.
• Proactively engage SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects using PM best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with instructional design trends and learning technologies.
