Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a candidate to own the Denver onboarding program from start to finish, coordinating a global onboarding journey with AI-driven content and role-play automation. You will coach new hires through ramp months, maintain LMS assets, and ensure certifications are delivered effectively.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Revenue Enablement team, leveraging Allego for learning management, and adapting sessions as products and processes evolve to drive faster reps’

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer‑facing B2B role.
• SDR/BDR experience preferred and credited.
• Experience coaching or mentoring peers is a plus.
• SaaS background and familiarity with enablement tools are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own sales onboarding from start to finish for onboarding weeks.
• Coordinate global onboarding across Denver, Barcelona and Bangkok.
• Update content as products and sales processes change using AI.
• Run certifications for first-call, discovery and platform demos.
• Coach new hires through ramp periods with data-driven feedback.
• Administer LMS programs and manage joiners/leavers.
