Job summary

Aderant seeks a Client Experience Onboarding Specialist to build learning content and onboarding programs for clients and client-facing teams. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Support, Client Success, and Professional Services to develop the MAP to Success onboarding framework and use AI to accelerate content development.

This hybrid role in ATL focuses on enabling content creation with tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Salesforce, SharePoint, and LMS platforms; you will tailor

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in client enablement, customer success, client support, instructional design, or training (transferable experience).
• Experience creating training materials, knowledge articles, or other instructional content.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization and project management skills across multiple deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to locate information and develop solutions with minimal direction.
• High attention to detail, with a commitment to content accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Comfort learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain eLearning modules, instructional videos, job aids, knowledge articles, scenario-based activities, and FAQs.
• Use AI technologies to accelerate content development, improve accessibility, and scale enablement solutions.
• Produce content with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Clueso, and AI-powered tools.
• Translate product information and SME walkthroughs into clear learning content.
• Validate content with SMEs for accuracy, and align it with Aderant messaging and brand standards.
• Develop enablement content for product launches and enhancements across product families, in coordination with the GTM Manager.
• Monitor client participation and progress.
