Job summary

BTS in New York, NY, invites a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will leverage Claude, Salesforce and LinkedIn to drive lead generation, train sellers, and generate data-driven insights for client acquisition and account growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or AI transformation, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a global team. NYC office three days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in sales or AI transformation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Curiosity and self-direction; able to test new processes.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global team.
• Must work in the United States without sponsorship; NY-based office three days/week.

Responsibilities

• AI-driven lead generation: analyze Salesforce and LinkedIn data with Claude to identify opportunities.
• Generate and refresh targeted lead lists for sales outreach and events.
• Research target companies/industries and prospective buyers to inform the pipeline.
• Train sellers on tools like Salesforce, Claude, and Sales Navigator.
• Automate repetitive processes with Claude-based workflows to save time.
• Track opportunities in Salesforce and prepare dashboards and KPI reports.
