Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Tempe, AZ. You’ll own building prospect lists, manage pipelines, and support Account Executives with strategic campaigns targeting key accounts.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting across multiple channels and rapid learning of our AI-powered customer experience platform. You will report to the Director, Sales Development and operate from our Tempe, AZ office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Sales Development or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Motivated, persistent, and able to work in a team.
• Experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
• Ability to learn and implement sales methodologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect ideal target personas with 50+ outbound calls per day and follow-up via email.
• Meet or exceed quota of sales qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
• Embrace a growth mindset and prioritize sales enablement activities.
• Learn and apply SPICED and BANT sales methodologies.
• Navigate Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator effectively.
• Collaborate with manager and peers to refine messaging and processes.
