Wiley Assessments, a division of John Wiley & Sons, seeks a Technical Product Manager to shape and deliver AI-enabled SaaS products. Translate customer insights and business goals into product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and guide products from concept to launch.

Competenze

3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS, platform, API, integration, or other technically complex products.

Mansioni

Develop product strategy for complex capabilities such as integrations, platforms services, and AI-enabled experiences informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
Partner with engineering to evaluate technical options, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs and determine the right product approach.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, security, data, and other technical partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Use product data, customer feedback, and system insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to support launches, adoption, and ongoing product success.
