You will run experiments, measure outcomes, and keep two‑week cycles organized and on track to move the product forward. You will shape the work, define scope, and manage risks, ensuring alignment with business goals and clear success metrics.

Qualifications

• Experienced product manager with startup experience and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in building with AI and shipping AI features.
• Familiar with running experimentation loops and measuring results.
• Able to define delivery cadence and manage two‑week cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build with AI, hands‑on. Prototype and ship AI features, agents, and workflows yourself with tools like Claude Code.
• Run a real experimentation loop: raise experiments and improve win rate, document learnings for the team.
• Own the delivery cadence: keep engineering and design on track across two‑week cycles.
• Shape and scope the work: turn raw ideas into well‑shaped bets with defined scope and risks.
• Drive business success: define product goals aligned with the business and deliver them.
