Job summary

Planet DDS, a leading cloud-based dental practice management platform, seeks a Revenue Systems Engineer to own integrations and AI-powered workflows across our GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, DocuSign). This is an execution-first, builder’s role in Revenue Operations.

You’ll maintain data integrity, develop API-driven toolchains, and enable adoption through training and documentation. If you’re fluent with APIs, prompts, and AI workflows, you’ll help drive measurable improvements

Qualifications

5–6 years in revenue or sales operations with AI workflow focus
Fluent in Salesforce, data hygiene, and CRM automation
Experience building API-connected toolchains and multi-system integrations
Practical AI and LLM fluency with production-grade workflows
Strong communication bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve integrations across GTM stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, DocuSign)
Develop AI-assisted workflows for account research, deal prep, outreach, and follow-ups
Support Salesforce development and data hygiene
Identify frictions in AE/AM workflows and extend automation via APIs
Own tool evaluations and drive adoption through Enablement
Define and track metrics like pipeline velocity and time-on-task
Iterate from design to deployment with ongoing maintenance
