The role requires 7+ years in financial/revenue operations, cross-functional leadership at senior levels, and a track record of scaling high-volume ops across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in financial operations, revenue operations, or order-to-cash management.
• Deep expertise in credit, collections and deductions management.
• Ability to develop and execute operational strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience driving process automation and technology adoption in financial operations.
• Experience communicating operational strategy and performance outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-national operations across 3+ regions with varying regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing BPO relationships and driving third-party operational performance.
• Experience in hardware, consumer electronics, or retail channel revenue operations.
• Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
