Better Health is seeking an AI Revenue Engine Lead to own and optimize the entire revenue journey—from lead generation through enrollment, shipment, and recurring revenue. You will diagnose bottlenecks, redesign processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives with AI and automation to improve conversion, speed, and visibility.

You will report to the SVP of Strategy and Operations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, RCM, Finance, Product, and Engineering on high-priority growth

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience building and operating businesses in high-growth settings.
• Proven track record turning ambiguous problems into measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional execution.
• Fluency with AI and automation to improve processes.
• Experience in fast-growing startups preferred.
• Former founders or early operators are especially compelling.
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Continuously audit the revenue funnel to identify conversion gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth.
• Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to implementation and results measurement.
• Redesign processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Build analytics and leading indicators to forecast performance and root causes.
• Own CRM and revenue systems governance and partner on larger tech implementations.
